What happens at the cap?
Email: inbox creation and outbound sends return 429 with a clear error. Inbound continues to receive but starts dropping past the daily ceiling. SMS: out of plan credits, sends are blocked until you top up or the next billing cycle. Upgrade and it un-caps within seconds.
Do unused SMS credits roll over?
Yes on Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Free trial credits don't roll over. A la carte top-up packs never expire.
Annual or volume discounts?
Yes for Team and above on email, and on SMS Business+. Email sales@getinboxr.app. We don't put the discount math on this page because it's easier to do over a 10-minute call.
